Commercial Property Maintenance

Job Description
New position doing commercial property maintenance for a fast food restaurant chain, Milwaukee County and surrounding counties. You will be taking care of maintenance on restaurant equipment, also plumbing, electrical and general repairs. You will also do maintenance on residential properties owned by the same parent company. Must have a valid driver's license & transportation, tools, pass a background check and drug test. Prefer commercial maintenance experience, but would consider someone who's been working in residential property maintenance if you have good mechanical skills. Full benefits, pay based on skills and ability. There will be some on-call work.
