DescriptionTo assist customers in obtaining their furniture change and move needs completed at Intel within the specified Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Receive work orders from customers, gather information from the admins and customers as needed, to coordinate with other trades.
Provide detailed auto cad drawings and schedule jobs within contract terms. Will provide auto cad support on small or large projects.
Document all work details in move management system for tracking purposes.
Complete move packages within the move contract as dictated by customers & vendors. Work with internal and external vendors to support changes in an organized and timely manner.
Coordinate the billing entries to verify accuracy and entries
Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.
RequirementsAssociates Degree preferred in related field is preferred, but not required.
One to three years of related job experience is required, in project management, or project coordination.
Ability to demonstrate clear communication between customers and vendors, abillity to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
