Dwain Celistan has spent over 25 years helping people from all walks of life step into their greatness. His corporate and educational experiences have made him a highly regarded speaker and coach.

Prior to joining Gundersen Partners as an executive recruiter, Dwain held senior Marketing, Sales and General Management positions in the US and UK, for: Procter & Gamble, Nestle, Nabisco, Coors Brewing, Alcoa, Newell Rubbermaid and Sears Holdings. His experience includes roles as Vice President of Marketing and Sales with a staff of nearly 100 professionals and budget of $100MM, and as a Senior Vice-President of Marketing for a $1B division.

During his nearly 25 year career, he has led teams to reverse declining sales and profits on several occasions. He has also inherited good teams that were growing their revenues and made them better. In one instance the team doubled their rate of growth.

Dwain has also coached leaders to help them realize their goals and improve their productivity. The clients span a range; from a global executive who leads a team of over 200,000 employees to a senior manager at a large non-profit organization.

As an author, Dwain has published three books, “5 Simple Steps to Achieving Your Dreams”. This is a guide to help the reader convert their dreams into behaviors. His second book is “College Students 6 Steps to Achieve Your Dreams”. This is focused on the journey from the academic environment to the next chapter(s) of your life. “You’re Hired, Actions to Get and Keep the Job You Love” is designed to help those seeking new positions to secure and maintain them. It has also proved beneficial for talented persons who desire to improve their performance within an organization.

Dwain is a graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans and has an MBA from Atlanta University. In addition, he has done postgraduate work at both Cornell and Stanford universities. He is also an adjunct Professor of Marketing. The National Society of Hispanic MBAs has selected Dwain as one of their executive coach partners. He has worked with them to conduct teleseminars and coaching.
