Phyllis Bresler, a veteran proposal manager and writer with over 20 years of experience, started PW Communications in 1996 in response to what she considered major voids in the proposal writing and consulting arena: the screening and vetting of qualified proposal professionals, setting performance standards and paying consultants promptly and fairly. Over the years we have supported myriad clients on hundreds of proposal efforts, for contracts as large as $10billion+, earning a reputation as the "go-to" company for superior proposal support. Regardless of the size of the bid, our mission is to provide services that position the client for a win.
In 2006, PW Communications expanded its scope and began subcontracting directly to the government.
