In support of this mission, the Company's Motor Citizens volunteer program provides salaried employees in North America with 18 hours of paid time off each year to make a difference in the world through volunteerism.
As a result, numerous schools, parks and community centers have been beautified by the FCA US Motor Citizens program. Employees help support children’s reading programs, career fairs and the Special Olympics. Also, they help spread cheer during the holiday season by organizing food and toy drives.
Additionally, the Motor Citizens Grants program, funded by the FCA Foundation, provides eligible charities with $500 grants to supplement volunteer hours performed by 10 or more FCA US employees, subject to program guidelines.
