Colonial’s approach to providing great service starts with attracting the best people. We look for candidates that have a proven track record in making customers feel at home and treating their property with respect and care. Using our Talent Plus evaluation tool, we confirm that candidates have the skills and attitudes that suggest they will flourish at Colonial. From there, all potential candidates must complete background clearances and reference checks.
Once aboard, our new employees begin their time with a combination of classroom and on-the-job training.
