Inserso Corporation, a fast-growing 500+ person company, headquartered in McLean, VA is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support our Business Development organization. This position will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and securing exceptional candidates for key personnel to support our proposals.
Responsibilities include:
- Source, recruit, and pre-screen candidates to ensure eligibility and suitability to include key personnel positions for proposals.
- Ability to establish trust by maintaining a high level of credibility with the leadership team and members of the Business Development staff.
- Attend regular meetings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience.
- 3+years of IT recruiting experience to include higher level IT positions such as: Architects, PM's, etc. preferably with clearances.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience in sourcing candidates utilizing social media tools as well as traditional job board recruiting methods.
- Must be a self-starter, disciplined, and driven to succeed with proven outcomes while working remotely.
- Results driven with ability to meet deadlines for filling key personnel positions.
- Ability to exercise judgement and discretion but knows when to escalate and ask for assistance.
- Team-oriented personality willing to take on any task.
Preferred experience:
- Federal government IT recruiting experience.
- Experience with Bullhorn.
