As the Supervisor of the Accounts Payable Tech Ops team you will perform managerial, reporting, and development responsibilities, including Reporting, Vendor Management, Performance Metrics, System Administration, and Team Management.Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
How You'll Contribute:
Lead and manage the Tech Ops team
Develop and execute a strategic vision for functional reporting
Lead implementation efforts to automate processes and reporting
Oversee and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Operational Metrics
Oversee AP system enhancements and configuration
Oversee the configuration and administration of AP tools and tech
Collaborate with tech partners to resolve issues and improve tools
Oversee the creation and maintenance of SOX audit system related documentation
Oversee the monthly compilation and rollup of tax-related information
Collaborate with general accounting for GL analysis and reporting
Provide direction for developing and improving reporting tools
Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities
Provide regular updates to leadership on reporting tasks and projects

You Have:
5+ years of experiencewith accounts payable
Experience in a supervisory role
Experience with system administration and configuration
Experience supporting system implementation and upgrades
Experience with Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with reporting tools, data analysis, and dashboard creation
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
Ability to identify and drive process improvements forward
Ability to pay strict attention to detail and accuracy
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Ivalua, Costpoint, Concur, and Oversight
Experience with electronic invoicing platforms, including Transcepta
Experience with E-Payables and related platforms
Knowledge of the accounts payable process
Knowledge of Government Contracting compliance
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
