Established and growing Commercial Real Estate firm is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a mixed-use large portfolio in the DC metro area. The Property Manager will be responsible for the management and operations of their growing portfolio.
- Manage all aspects of property operations and provide input to Leadership
- Assist with preparing and tracking budgets and variances
- Oversee the billing process and monitor invoices
- Manage tenant relations and respond to requests
- Provide leadership to Property management staff and work closely with external vendors
- Work closely with Management and the Lease Administration Team in achieving objectives
Bachelor's Degree, 4+ years of Commercial PM and advanced MS Office is required.
