As a global leader in plant nutrient solutions, Koch Agronomic Services (KAS) delivers quality products that make nutrients more efficient and is looking for a Regulatory Manager to join our team in Wichita. This role will support exciting KAS business expansion globally which drives the need for efficient management of our regulatory processes. We are looking for a regulatory manager to handle product registrations in the US and Canada.

This role requires refined organizational skills, expertise in fertilizer regulations, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Lead US state and Canadian registrations for micronutrients, seed enhancements, additives and fertilizers
  • Work closely with product management and R&D to understand needs, changes, and future direction
  • Manage state pesticide registrations for products that require it
  • Maintain necessary documentation necessary for US and Canadian regulatory processes.
  • Provide regulatory guidance on new product concepts
  • Partner with cross-functional groups to complete registration documentation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government officials and stay current on regulatory knowledge in key jurisdictions
  • Engage with fertilizer industry groups and committees to understand regulatory trends and future possibilities
The Experience You Will BringRequirements:

  • Meet at least one of the following:
    • An Associate's Degree or higher plus two (2+) years of experience in US state-level fertilizer and pesticide registrations
    • Four (4+) years of experience in US state-level fertilizer and pesticide registrations
What Will Put You Ahead

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Prior experience with Canadian fertilizer regulations.
  • Prior experience with federal US and global pesticide regulations
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Experience in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training materials
