Job Description
Do you want to be self-directed? Do you strive to continuously improve your skills at something that matters? Do you yearn to contribute to something larger than yourself? We started in a garage, but we're not there anymore. Success and scale bring broad responsibility.

We want our customers to be productive and efficient, whether they are beginners, generalists, or experts. Mistakes are part of learning, but we adjust quickly and tackle risks upfront. We strive to acquire deeper knowledge of (1) our customers, (2) our data, (3) our business and stakeholders, and (4) our industry.

Your work will impact the customer experience of AWS Database Migration Service which helps AWS customers to migrate databases to AWS quickly and securely. Customers can begin a database migration with just a few clicks in the AWS Management Console. Once the migration has started, DMS manages all the complexities of the migration process including automatically replicating data changes that occur in the source database during the migration process.

Join a productive, high performing and diverse environment. Are you ready for what's next?
