Position Summary: Builds final product to print by placing all necessary wiring, wiring harnesses, circuit cards and other hardware components within a chassis.

Position Summary: Builds final product to print by placing all necessary wiring, wiring harnesses, circuit cards and other hardware components within a chassis.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manually and precisely assembles components into a final product by following work instructions and blueprints
- Fit cable harnesses, circuit card, and components into chassis neatly and within tolerance
- Completes discreet wiring into chassis by soldering and lugging
- Utilizes correct torqueing tools and applies the correct torque during assembly
- Mixes, weighs, and applies appropriate bonding chemicals to electronic components
- Obtains and maintains J-Standard certifications
- Utilizes computer to access and input data on the ERP system, Quality system, and other manufacturing software
- Performs other tasks and duties as assigned to support business goals and objectives
- Fine manual dexterity
- Ability to operate various hand tools
- Demonstrates high attention to detail and the ability to follow procedure
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic soldering skills preferred but not required
- Ability to be a team player and work within a small team
- Enjoys repetitive and routine work
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to read and comprehend work and process instructions, standard measurements, and charts
- US Citizens only due to government contracts
- Prior experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
- Production Environment
- Hours 6:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. every other Friday, with additional hours as needed
