Responsibilities of this position include the development of strong working relationships with all suppliers and trade partners through ongoing and consistent communication - change orders; schedule updates; utilizing cost-saving methods and field training, reviewing schedules, plans and specifications; scheduling trade partners and inspecting construction for quality and conformance with plans, specifications and manufacturer guidelines. As a Personal Builder, you will also build relationships directly with the customer to educate them on the construction and care of their home from the pre-construction stage through the end of the warranty period.

The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, superior customer service skills along with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities and provide consistent follow-through. A bachelor's degree in construction management or 4 to 6 years of previous residential construction or customer service experience are preferred.
