Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly qualified Patent Prosecution Associate or Patent Agent to join its Intellectual Property practice. This position is open to any WBD office. The Associate/Patent Agent will be a member of the Firm's Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Biotech Team. Candidates with a chemistry background or chemical engineering degree are encouraged to apply.
Candidate must be admitted to the USPTO, be licensed to practice law in their respective state (for associate candidates), or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible, and have 3-5 years of patent prosecution experience.
