• place cold calls to sell service parts, conduct customer check up, anticipate future customer needs
• recruitment of new customers both inside and outside of the railroad industry
• assist customer supply sourcing personnel with update of pricing and part numbers within their system
• ship customer parts orders via customer’s routing requirements
• track customer orders for shipment verification
• follow-up to make sure material is received and receipted for in customer based software
• strengthen customer relations with communication and support documentation
• track customer satisfaction/input of customer feedback, track in ERP system
• track on-time delivery and company quality objective goals
• input service parts orders in ERP program; email routing papers as needed to proper personnel
• update inventory and/or inventory postings to jobs in ERP program as needed
• print and organize job routers for orders
• ship orders in conjunction with customer specifications
• create electronic customer purchase order folders for documentation to be saved throughout the production process
• other duties as assigned
