Looking for a strong Financial Analyst to assist Leidos in creating Proposals. Need experience with financial forecasts and analyzing the organizations revenue and costs. Duties may include interpreting operating results as they affect the financial aspects of the business, evaluating and approving expenditure decisions, identifying operational risk factors that may impact the business performance of the organization and presenting key business insights and recommendations to achieve the organization's future goals. Other duties include making specific recommendations which will result in cost reduction and both profit and process improvements.
Qualifications:
BA degree and 12+ years of experience or Masters degree and 10+ years of experience and strong Financial Analysis experience.
o Financial experience with JV's both Thinly populated as well as Fully populated. International JV experience a plus. To include:
* Cross indemnities of JV's, allocation of program risk
* Financial considerations of JV Operating agreements
o Financial experience with PFI projects/programs and associate business case, with focus on NPR and IRR. International PFI experience is a plus. To include:
* Revenue realization within a JV structure
o Experience with program financial risk assessment to include: Execution risk, Credit risk, Debt/bank risk, Tax Liability Risk and Corporate equity investment risk. To include:
* Tax withholding and VAT experience
* Fee's vs contingency
o Experience in negotiations with teammates and/or subcontractors.
o Financial experience with bids where price is the deciding factor.
