Jacquelyn is a native of Tucson, Arizona. She currently resides with her husband in Chicago, Illinois. She enjoys biking, golfing, reading non-fiction, and cooking.
Tim Muma is a Radio Program Coordinator at LocalJobNetwork.com (LJN). He is the host and producer for a variety of shows on LJNRadio where he engages with industry experts and individuals throughout the country to deliver current and relevant employment-related topics for his audience of job seekers, employed individuals, managers, and employers. He is also a co-host of job seeker webinars at LJN. In all aspects of his responsibilities, Tim strives to help people get their next job and be successful in their current jobs.
Tim is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and mass communication with an emphasis on broadcasting (TV and radio). For over 5 years, he was a producer, reporter, editor, and writer for Preps Plus, a weekly show dedicated exclusively to high school sports, on WTMJ-TV.
Tim was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He enjoys playing and coaching baseball and is a passionate fan of the Milwaukee Brewers. He is also an aspiring author.
Lynn Molitor is a Vice President at LocalJobNetwork.com (LJN). She is responsible for leading various project efforts and driving strategies to implementation while leveraging her years of experience as both a team member and a manager.
Lynn is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee where she obtained a BBA – MIS degree. She worked for Northwestern Mutual for over 20 years, beginning as a Programmer/Analyst and finishing as an Assistant Director managing large, multi-year projects.

Liz Dotson is the Director of Sales at LocalJobNetwork.com (LJN). She leads a growing national sales force that prides itself in matching relevant products and services to the needs of employers throughout the country. Liz has extensive experience in the areas of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring while practicing superior customer service. As an OFCCP Specialist, she also provides government compliance services to federal contractors.
Liz is a graduate of the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities where she earned a Communications degree with a minor in management. One of Liz’ proudest professional accomplishments has been opening and developing the LJN office in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Liz is a native of Grafton, Wisconsin where she currently resides with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys spending precious time with family and friends as well as traveling.

Rebecca Santiago is an OFCCP Specialist at LocalJobNetwork.com (LJN). Rebecca provides OFCCP and government compliance services to federal contractors throughout the country across many industries. After transferring from LJN’s Milwaukee office, Rebecca now manages the DC office. She is also a member of the Washington Metro Industry Liaison Group (WMILG).
Rebecca has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. A native of Burlington, Wisconsin, Rebecca now resides in Silver Spring, Maryland with her husband. She enjoys reading, sports, and spending time with family.
William A. Osterndorf is President and founder of HR Analytical Services and has been working with affirmative action/equal opportunity issues for the last 25 years in the public and private sectors. Bill specializes in developing and writing affirmative action plans and has extensive experience in preparing companies for reviews by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), the federal agency that monitors contractor compliance with affirmative action regulations. He was the chief architect of the Society for Human Resource Management's position statement on applicants and has helped SHRM draft responses to a variety of OFCCP proposals. Bill has given presentations and webinars on the OFCCP's "Internet Applicant" rule and on other affirmative action-related issues for a variety of audiences. He is a former President of the Milwaukee SHRM chapter, and is the current chair for the Milwaukee Industry Liaison Group (ILG).

LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment
Practice and Automotive Industry Team. As part of her
practice, Ms. Couden represents employers in
investigatory proceedings before state agencies and in
legal actions in federal and state court.
During law school, Ms. Couden participated as a summer
associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. She also interned
with the Johnson County Attorney’s Office in Iowa City,
Iowa, where she served as first chair on simple
misdemeanor bench and jury trials and negotiated
numerous plea agreements.
