Citrix Engineer with TS/SCI

Citrix Engineer with active TS/SCI --- Location: Bolling AFB (outside DC)

I am working with WINS and they are looking for a Citrix Engineer with an active TS/SCI located at Bolling AFB, outside of DC.  The requirement reads:

KEY:  Extensive Citrix experience; active TS/SCI
-                     The candidate will work in development and production environments and will assist in the integration of windows clients, servers, and third-party applications into a thin client infrastructure utilizing Citrix. 
-                     The candidate must be able to diagnose problems, document causes, implement corrective actions, and validate that corrective actions were effective. 
-                     The candidate will join a small team of integration engineers to, test, analyze research, integrate, and peruse various technical tasks to completion. Will be responsible for tier 3 maintenance of Citrix Farm as well as the design and implementation of new Citrix version and upgrades. Experience working in a thin client environment a plus.
-                     Will participate in project meeting, be responsible for assigned deliverables, and must exercise sound judgment when implementing changes.
