| Description: |
Jobshare position, 20 hours per week. This position involves working directly with individuals with primary diagnoses of intellectual disabilities in a residential setting. Plans and implements person-centered plans to promote optimum individual functioning. Provides intensive therapeutic counseling, education/training, role modeling, and physical assistance to individuals with a primary diagnosis of intellectual disability.

| Minimum Qualifications: |
Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
|
| Special Requirements: |
The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background check, OIG check and a check of the Child Protective Services Registry to the satisfaction of the employer. Must possess a valid driver's license.

| Preferred Qualifications: |
Knowledge of Medicaid waiver and person-centered planning. Computer skills required.
