IIS Operational Technologies and Solutions (OTS), provides information management systems and operations support to a variety of government agencies and proprietary customers. As a provider of cutting-edge data management and information dissemination, OTS handles some of the largest databases for the government and intelligence communities. Core capabilities include analytical and field operations support, logistics and deployment, software development, electrical and mechanical engineering, and hardware manufacturing.
Job Description:
Must be willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights) to support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, coverage requirements. Monitor, sort, and prioritize intelligence and operational message traffic. Must be team-oriented and possess strong organizational, oral, and written presentation skills. Develop and nurture partnerships across organizational boundaries and at all levels; perform research, writing, and analysis; demonstrate excellent organization, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; sound judgment, flexibility, and creative problem solving skills; exercise a strong customer service focus; interact successfully with all organizational levels, from junior employees to senior managers; work independently.
Required Skills:
* Top Secret/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph is required.
* BA/BS plus a minimum of 4 years experience.
* Must work a rotating shift schedule--days and nights, 7 days a week including holidays.
* Experience in the intelligence, CT, defense, law enforcement, or homeland security communities.
* Possess experience with one or more IC participant agencies.
* Must possess the following: experience at handling and delegating competing priorities; ability to quickly assess the significance of current developments, and capability to brief senior consumers in a dynamically changing environment.
* Prior work in interagency or joint command environment
Desired Skills:
Watch center experience is helpful but not required.
Education/Level of Experience:
* Possess at least an undergraduate degree (BA or BS) plus 4 years relevant experience.
* 3 plus years of relevant experience with some CT/IC analytical experience.
