Job Duties and Responsibilities	ManTech Technical Systems Group (TSG) established itself as an industry leader in worldwide technology support providing support to the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force and other key Department of Defense customers. We would like for you to consider becoming a member of our ManTech International team. Project Controller / Financial Analyst This individual will be responsible for the financial and contractual oversight of one or more projects. Responsibilities will include providing proper charge code direction to the personnel assigned to projects, tracking all funds expended and obligations outstanding against funding ceilings on projects, and providing monthly actuals and projected spending plans programs to Program Managers, clients and other departments. Prepares monthly invoices and assists in the collection of payments on invoices. This position is a key role in the Business Operations Contracts and Finance organization. As such, the individual in this position has a prominent role in ensuring the company complies with proper accounting practices, internal controls, policies and procedures. Anticipates and responds to customer needs and may serve as primary point of contact for customers. Performs other duties, as assigned. This role includes meeting many challenges and deadlines in an environment of dedication, pride and strong work ethic. The job provides a well-rounded, great foundation for fundamental accounting, finance and contracts principles in Department of Defense Contracting environment. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Engineering/Science and two to four years of related experience in technical program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget development, and/or government project administration. Must be a U.S. Citizen and must have a Secret Clearance, or eligibility. This position is located in Chantilly, VA
