Posting Description |
|
Purpose: To provide service and advice for entry level business accounts, including closing business loans and overseeing the disbursement of funds. To assist the Business Account Officers (BAOs) with verifications of income, tax returns, financial statements, bills of sale, etc. in order to determine account eligibility.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Knowledge of the laws and regulations governing lending and collections and skill in
applying these to the marketing & processing of consumer and business loans
* Skill in organizing work assignments in order to perform in a multi-task environment
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve results
* Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment
* Demonstrated experience in customer service or related field/position, such as in Marketing,
Finance, Accounting, etc. involving the processing/researching of a variety of accounts,
interaction with members, etc
* Basic knowledge of principles, theories, techniques and practices of business products and
services
* Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Experience which demonstrates a high degree of maturity, objectivity, tact, integrity and sound judgment
* Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
* Experience with PCs and related software
Desired:
* College coursework with a concentration in: Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business
Administration and/or Accounting
* Proven record of effective interaction with BAOs, Navy Federal members, and other team
members
* Credit union industry experience
* Knowledge of Navy Federal organization, policies and procedures
Reports to: Sr. Business Account Officer
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. |
