Daily Responsibilities	Associate Members of the Professional Staff (AMPS) in SRA Touchstone's NSBU are responsible for completing assigned tasks to the specifications of the engagement manager (EM), on time, and on budget. In this position, individuals are general analysts and will be expected to serve in several roles in the company. Examples include: * Knowledge agent * Junior facilitator * Assistant to the engagement manager * Proposal writer * Junior member of interviewer team * Researcher AMPS candidates participate on client projects, performing data gathering and assessments, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and workshop/seminar support and assistance. They participate, with supervision, in the preparation of client deliverables. AMPS candidates may also assist EMs with the preparation of project status reports and/or financial reports. They may also support the proposal development process and are expected to contribute to building the organization through a community of practice (COP) and other internally-focused activities
Required: Skills	The candidate should be comfortable learning and executing consultative techniques such as root cause analysis, process analysis, strategy development, strategic communication, organizational analysis, business problem solving, and value proposition. While assignment to this position is not based on education or years of experience alone, individuals in this position typically have zero to three years of experience in consulting and a bachelor’s degree. *Active Top Secret required; however, SCI is preferred. Outstanding candidates with a Secret clearance will also be considered.
