Responsibilities include drafting and organizing vendor bids, drafting purchase orders, routing proofs and proofreading, organizing and updating art files, tracking paper purchases and communicating with outside print vendors. Qualified individuals must have a two years of college, a fouryear degree would be preferable.

One year of experience in marketing or production, and be able to demonstrate a basic knowledge of print production.

Experience with Quark and Mac helpful, but this is not a design position. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, attention to detail, and good team attitude are a must. Sense of humor a plus!
