Job Description

The Health Solutions Business Unit currently has an opening for a Project Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and tracking all aspects of the project, including technology, schedule, cost, contract and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Interfacing with functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.
• Acting as primary customer interface and project interface with upper management.
• Development, execution, monitoring and management of overall program and individual project implementation.
• Management and monitoring of personnel resources.
• Estimation, execution and management of financial resources.
• Identification, management, and reporting of program and project cost, schedule and performance risks.
• Identification of risks, risk assessment of impact and probability, and implementation of a risk mitigation plan.
• Assisting in the development and incorporation of documented, measurable, and auditable QA mechanisms into all provided services.
• Providing accurate, timely, official program and project status information.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience in HIE, Mirth/Tomcat
• 8+ years of experience working on projects or programs, with at least 4 years serving successfully in positions of major responsibilities such as Program Manager/Project Manager.
• Proficiency with MS Project
• Knowledge Management experience
• Coalition Warrior Interoperability Demonstration (CWID) experience
• Capability for assisting with planning, organizing, directing, and tracking technical, cost, and schedule status for entire project
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Pro-active leadership skills and direction of personnel performing complex tasks
• PMP certification is desired
• Ability to obtain and maintain an ADPII clearance
