Position Description

Our company in Lorton,Virginia is looking for a seasoned customer service representative who is able to process customer orders and returns accurately and timely. The ideal candidate must maintain a positive demeanor at all times and practice Miller's' values whenever he/she interacts with our internal and external customers, particularly, while he/she answers a heavy volume of incoming calls.



We need individuals who have excellent computer skills and have the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time. The ideal candidate also needs to have excellent communication skills over the phone and email. We require an individual who knows how to set priorities, stays organized and responds to customer's requests within a reasoneable amount time.



Our customer service representatives establish relationships with our customers, provide support to our sales representatives, make product researchs and promote our different products while taking orders.
