* Registered Medical Technologist/MS or certification in the specific specialty.

* Minimum of five (5) years experience in the clinical laboratory in the specific discipline i.e. Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank, etc.

* Must be knowledgeable about the specific laboratory section and its operation, including current accreditory standards and regulations.

* Demonstrates knowledge/competency in providing service to patients of all ages including neonate, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
