Craters & Freighters, a rapidly growing crating and shipping company, is looking to add a versatile and talented team player to its inside sales team.
This position works directly with the owner of our company.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls

Provide quotations and close sales for packaging and shipping services

Schedule driver pickups and deliveries

Assist with general office duties (e.g. ordering of supplies, reconciling bills)

Occasionally assist with pickups and light duties in warehouse

Route shipments to both domestic and international locations

Ability to present oneself (typically over the phone) in a professional manner

Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail

Experience in (or at least strong aptitude for) sales

Self-motivated

High level of confidentiality

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of college preferred (relevant work experience is an acceptable substitute)

Fluency in English

Comfort with mathematics

Ability to perform basic web searches

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word

Ability to lift 30-50 lbs

Ability to pass background check and drug test

Must have own transportation

Conversational Spanish a plus
