Project Analyst - Field Operations Brief Role Description Primary responsibilities are to provide direct support to the Field Operations directorate. Duties will include assisting in the coordination of administrative and operational support activities for the Field Manager. Complete all tasks in accordance within operating procedures and schedule. Responsibilities * Daily tracking and updating of field activities and reporting them to program staff. * Support the Field Operations Manager in the daily execution of the operations plan. * Assist in the creation and tracking of Work Orders * Create Purchase Requests for material to be procured * Independently solve issues, make calculated decisions as needed. * Ensure company and project policies are adhered to. * Handle sensitive and proprietary information discreetly. * Develop original reporting tools in order to effectively communicate information to various parties. * Maintain complete and accurate records on all material, project tasks, activities, and requirements. * Maintain complete and accurate records on project tasks, activities, and requirements * Organize, attend, and contribute to planning, reporting, and information meetings relating to the program * Assist in the continual refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to formalize program-wide processes * Report activities, milestones and provide status updates to various stakeholders * Read, analyze and interpret maps and drawings. Requirements Education Required: * A 4-year degree in a related field and 2-3 years experience, or, 7+ years related experience. Experience Required: * Performed in a supporting/coordination function Desired: * Experience in field deployment or construction support * Experience with invoice receiving and accounts payable Skills / Certifications Required: * Solid skills in Microsoft Office: specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Project and Power Point.
