Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd., is seeking candidates willing to accept an offer for as experienced Senior Analyst with recent major systems acquisition experience in the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) or U.S. Navy (USN) to provide support services to USCG Headquarters Major Systems Acquisition Program Manager (SURFACE) (CG-932) National Security Cutter, Offshore Patrol Cutter and Small Boat projects.

The Senior Analyst/Program Leader shall possess the following requirements:

Requirements

• Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) or Department of Homeland Security (DHS) certification in PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, Level III MANDATORY for this position

Sufficient detailed knowledge and experience with majority of the following to the extent that he/she can participate as a senior member of a team of acquisition professionals in the following areas in support of Coast Guard Program/Project Management personnel:
o Provide project management support in the areas of project planning & strategy; budgeting; business & financial management; acquisition management; system deployment and integration; integrated logistics support; life cycle support; program documentation; program reviews / milestone review transition; and other overall program management efforts that contribute to successful program execution. Provide support in assessing program plans, performance in executing these plans, and any demonstrated / predicted performance / results. Assist in monitoring deliverable schedules to identify potential problems in schedules and deliverable requirements compliance.
o Assist in the development, review and analysis of key program reports.
o Assist in drafting point papers, talking points and briefings to communicate program management and related issues. Provide information and recommendations to project office personnel in order for them to promptly and professionally draft and formally respond to Congressional or other government agencies, media, industry inquiries, and audits. Prepare program briefings, letters, and other documentation, as required.
o Assist in monitoring project level and task level metrics, for cost, schedule, and deliverable quality.
• Retired USCG Officer/former USCG employee is preferred.
• Possess outstanding writing and briefing skills.
• Possess requisite interpersonal skills and aptitude for being a vital component in a team comprised of government and contractor personnel.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – manipulating, synthesizing, and analyzing large amounts of data via worksheets, pivot tables, charts, preparing briefs, etc.


Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering or Science.
• Master’s degree desirable, preferably in Engineering or Science.

Experience Requirements:

• Must have major systems acquisition program management experience within the last five years.
• USCG/Department of Defense (DoD) experience preferred

• Security Requirements: • Must hold a current U.S. Government security clearance or be eligible to obtain interim clearance• U.S. Citizenship required Salary Range: Commensurate with experience.
