Position Description


The Senior Manager, Incentive Compensation Design will support the review of existing line of business incentive programs and the design of new incentive compensation across multiple lines of business.


Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership across the business on the development of line of business incentive programs; linking programs to overall compensation philosophy and corporate programs.

- Consolidate information from various data streams and produce reports to be used for management decision making

- Work with business owners and sponsors to establish effectiveness metrics

- Support the individual design project management teams

- Facilitate data collection efforts for Bank Incentive Design Steering Committee

- Conduct annual re-approval of metrics

- Support the communications and change management efforts during plan implementation

- Work with broader compensation team to provide a bridge between incentive plans and other reward and recognition programs

- Ensure proper documentation and audit processes are developed, approved and followed

Basic Qualifications:

- 4 year degree

- 5 years of experience in Compensation or Incentive Compensation Design

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in retail banking, small business or commercial banking

- Demonstrated experience partnering with business line units regarding incentives

- Experience working within an matrix corporate environment for a large, diversified organization

- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint

- Superior analytical skills

- Ability to work independently

- Ability to work on several large assignments simultaneously

- Strong teamwork and collaboration

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
