Description:	This position is in the Supported Employment division of the Didlake’s Rehabilitation Services Department. The Employment Specialist III generates referrals from state Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors and local Community Services Board Case Managers situated throughout Virginia; develops job opportunities at commercial and governmental sites located across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.; and, provides time limited employment services for the purpose of securing stable employment for people with severe disabilities. In order to meet a key performance standard for this role, a minimum of 102 hours per month of direct intervention must be rendered. MA preferred or BA + three years experience. Job Coach Certification required. Automobile required driver’s license and clean driving record required. EOE. D/M/F/V
