The IIS Communications team supports both IIS internal and external communications, providing best-in-class strategies and tactics in the areas of marketing communications, advertising, media relations, organizational communications, web 2.0 communications and technology, and creative media design. Members of the team are located at IIS centers across the globe, working with site executives to engage internal and external audiences.

As part of the IIS Communications team, business communicators are responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical internal and external marketing communications that support the goals of product lines. It is the responsibility of the business communicators to gain a deep understanding of their respective business, customers, capabilities and products in order to effectively use communications to advance the business. Business Communicators work closely with the leadership of the Organizational Communications, Public Relations and Marketing Communications groups to ensure truly integrated marketing and communications.

We are in search of an experienced, driven communications professional with proven success in creating, executing and measuring internal, marketing and customer communications based on an understanding of marketing fundamentals. The candidate must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment that rewards initiative. Individual must possess a sense of urgency, pride in quality deliverables, the ability to think and execute both tactically and strategically and the ability to contribute daily as a member of a diverse team. Superb writing and editing skills are a must.

Required Experience

* Minimum 6 years prior experience working in the marketing communications/public relations field.

* Minimum 6 years proven experience in developing and delivering compelling internal and external communications.

* Knowledge of Associated Press style.

* A portfolio of published writing that includes technical, marketing, advertising and public relations.

* Minimum 6 years in identifying, implementing, and leveraging measurement tactics.

* Minimum 6 years demonstrated relationship building capabilities for growing both internal and external relationships.

Required Education:
