Position Description
The Facilities Services department is seeking a Digital Media Specialist that will perform a variety of duties under direction of the Manager, Facilities Services related to specialized meetings and conferences in the Washington Office.

The successful candidate will:
- Participate in the delivery and execution of audiovisual equipment and multimedia products
for corporate and research events and projects
- Work with Conference Services group members to coordinate the assignment and fulfillment
of audiovisual and project tasks
- Assist with coordination of room, equipment, and other resource availability
- Prepare media setup and operation in conference facilities and other event spaces as
requested
- Records and distributes presentations and other events on audio and video media, as
needed
- Maintains audiovisual equipment
- Vendor interaction-such as scheduling repairs, installations, deliveries and preventative
maintenance
- Prepares training materials on use of equipment and provides training to staff
- Maintain meeting records
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of sound reinforcement and Crestron control devices (preferred)
- Proficient with PC platform, troubleshooting and setting controls for presentation display
(required)
- Some Mac experience (preferred)
- Proficient with audio and videoconferencing including ability to troubleshoot (required)
- Proficient with dataconferencing technologies, such as Adobe Connect, Timbuktu (required)
- Experience with training (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills (required)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint (required)
- Able to lift 60lbs (required)
- Some overtime may be required.
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Security Clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
