| Position Summary: |
| Assists in the delivery of direct patient care under the supervision of the appropriate staff member to ensure care is provided in a therapeutic and holistic manner. Communicates/collaborates with Care Team members via team meetings to develop, implement, and evaluate the plan of care to meet indiviualized patient care outcomes. Utilizes information to continuously improve patient care and practice to enhance outcomes. Develops a plan to meet professional development needs to improve work performance. |

| Requirements: |
One year actual experience in a mental health setting. American Heart Association CPR is required. Medical terminology. Proficient in English. Verbal and written communication skills.

| Education Requirements: |
| High School Graduate or equivalent. Prefer Associates Degress in a behavioral science or Bachelor's degree in a related field. |
