BASIC FUNCTION: Performs as the primary customer service representative and assists the Branch Manager in assuring the delivery of superior quality service, while adhering to corporate regulatory and audit guidelines. Selects and guides the training of team members in all areas of branch operations including, but not limited to, compliance and regulatory issues.

ACCOUNTABILITIES 1) Through a proactive approach assists the branch manager in the attainment and surpassing of the branch loan and deposit goals. 25% 2) Develops new and existing business by cross-selling financial services by developing good customer relations and assisting the manager in overseeing all team members to remain sales and service focused. 20% 3) Maintains a highly motivated, highly productive sales team through effective coaching, observing and feedback of team members while under the direction of the branch manager. 20% 4) Effectively monitors dual control procedures and supports the efficient operations of the branch by adhering to corporate and regulatory guidelines. 35%

EDUCATION: A high school diploma or equivalent is required

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 3-5 years branch experience as a teller/Customer Service Representative is required. Previous Asst Manager experience highly desired. Proven supervisory skills and strong operational and sales experience is also required.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must have a high energy level. Must have demonstrated sales success, ability to complete assigned duties in a timely and satisfactory manner and possess strong communication skills. No relocation provided.
