We are looking for a Database Developer / Designer I with a SECRET level security clearance or the ability to obtain one. ManTech SRS Technologies is seeking a candidate who can develop, modify, and maintain procedures for collecting, organizing, processing and displaying experimentation data. You will design, develop, construct, prototype, build, and maintain event specific databases using database applications, such as Microsoft SQL, ORACLE, and Microsoft Access, that can be populated by experimentation data collection methods. You will also design, develop, and install web based data base collection tools that can interoperate with J9’s Distributed Continuous Experimentation Environment (DCEE) and Simulation Analysis Center (SAC) equipment and at minimum, DoD’s NIPRNET and SIPRNET communications infrastructure. You will also:
1. Develop web-based data collection and data-entry forms that can be used in distributed web-based environments (i.e., NIPRNET and SIPRNET) for collecting data input via Internet access. Data collected by these forms shall interfaces with experimentation databases.
2. Develop user queries to databases for data mining capabilities. These databases must be interoperable with the database and web capable software.
3. Contribute to the development of experimentation event data collection resource plans, data management plans, detailed data collection plans, and other data and assessment planning-related documents, focusing on data formats and requirements.
Requirements
1. Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science Information Systems Management or Computer Science Application Management; 2. Or no degree and two years experience with PC computer database systems and PC relational database application development.
3. Experience in developing, designing and implementation database programs for classified and unclassified computers and servers in the Windows 2000/2003/XP or later operating environment, Sun Solaris, UNIX and/or LINUX operating systems.
3. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere, Cinema 4D, 3D Studio MAX, Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver and Director, Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, Windows 2000/2003/XP, and MS-DOS Web experience which includes extensive HTML scripting and CGI script installations, Adobe Trained, MCP Certifications, VB Script, Perl, ASP Scripting, Visual Basic, CH, Java Languages, Microsoft SQL 7.0, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Access Databases, IBM BESTeam Certifications, Java Scripting, ColdFusion, ASP, Java Languages, Microsoft SQL Server 7, DB2, Oracle Databases, JavaScript Scripting, Photoshop, Shockwave Graphics, UNIX Platform, ECommerce, Intranet, Consulting Focus.
