Position Description
The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center is Washington’s premier special events and conference facility, located on historic Pennsylvania Avenue in the heart of Washington, DC, within walking distance of the White House, the Capitol, and Smithsonian Museums.
We are currently seeking a vigorous “First Cook (Pizza Experience Required)” to complete our F&B team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor the daily activities and manage the resources provided.
• Ensure that all food production areas provide food items prepared and presented according to set standards at all times, monitoring for taste, visual appeal, and established portions.
• Maintain and demonstrate strong knowledge of food and beverage trends within the hospitality industry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:-
• 5 years of experience in a fast paced, quality food production facility. Pizza Experience required.
• Excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering exceptional quality and customer service.
