Behavioral Health Case Manager

Fast-growing outpatient mental health clinic is seeking individuals to work with adults that have serious mental illness as community-based case managers. Case managers spend approximately 70% of the time in the field teaching consumers the skills necessary to manage their illness and live as independently as possible. Teach and assist people with:
• Identifying personal recovery goals.
• Providing psychoeducation and teaching symptom management skills.
• Accessing community resources such as entitlements, food banks, housing and medical care.
• Teaching coping skills including relaxation skills or anger management.
• Helping consumers develop their personal support systems.

Qualifications:
• BA, MA, MSW or HS with 2yrs mental health experience.
• Good driving record.
• Strong organization, communication, computer, and time management skills.

Salary range is $30-38K based on education and experience + bonuses and salary incentives. We provide mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package.
