Position Description:
A motivated Business Financial Manager is needed to join our team to support the PEO Submarines Acquisition Program. The successful candidate will provide business financial management support in the generation of a finanacial tracking system to include POM issue paper submittals, budget presentations, issuance of Individual Task Management Planning Forms (ITMPs), obligation and expenditures, and current controls identifiable at the project level. Candidate must possess skills necessary to perform earned value management system (EVMS) analyses, budget justification and analysis, preparation of ledger reports, maintenance and support of specified PRISMs and Standard Accounting Reporting System (STARS) or other official accounting program tracking systems. Excellent skills in Word, Power Point, Excel, and MS Project are required. Experience with Congressional, Navy, DoD or other government agencies is not required but highly desired.

Education Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required (Finance, Business, or Accounting).

Experience Requirements: 4-10 years

Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required and must hold, or be able to obtain, U.S. Government security clearance.
