M. C. Dean Inc. is looking for an energetic individual to join our corporate Recruiting Team. This position will be responsible for the sourcing, scheduling, pre-qualifying, recruiting, interviewing and closing all levels of IT positions. We are looking for a recruiter with a minimum of 5 years of high volume recruiting experience. You must be computer savvy, well spoken and precise in your execution.

The IT Recruiter is responsible for screening and qualifying candidates for all levels of IT positions available at M.C. Dean, Inc.

The job requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of successful high volume recruiting experience - IT Recruiting is mandatory.
  • Passive candidate recruiting experience.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Org. Development or of equal experience.
  • Screening, qualifying, scheduling, interviewing and verifying educational credentials, checking references, discussing salaries, negotiating salaries and closing vacancies for office and field positions.
  • Developing effective and productive relationships with vocational, technical and engineering schools.
  • Reviewing current strategies and developing new strategies to attract and retain quality engineers.
  • Maintaining a schedule of recruiting activities at targeted universities and securing space at identified events; identifying and preparing effective advertising strategies.
  • Communicating, promoting and actively marketing the Company.
  • Meet with management to track and analyze recruiting efforts; networking; and visiting job fairs.
