(TLC) was established in 1997 to provide hands-on and practical computer and Internet training to the residents of Washington DC, suburban Maryland, and Virginia neighborhoods. TLC is licensed as a non-degree post-secondary school by the DC Licensure Commission. The mission of TLC is to offer training in computer application software and the Internet, and allied health, along with placement and counseling services, to prepare its students for the workplace challenges facing our nation in the new information age.
