Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist (Ortho/Oncology) in Fredericksburg, VA

Our Fredericksburg center is seeking a passionate and driven licensed phyiscal therapist with a special interest in cancer rehab to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis as part of our expanding ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation team. We treat a diverse population of general orthopedics, geriatrics, cancer rehab, neuro, sports medicine, vestibular, and aquatic therapy at our Fredericksburg, VA clinic. We have multiple clinicians on staff at this outpatient center, making this a great location for either new graduates or experienced PTs!

Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, who provide rehabilitative services to help improve quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse population, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment. Our work environment offers a great opportunity to provide quality care to our patients and grow with the nation's leader in outpatient physical therapy. Caseload will be mostly orthopedics with some oncology. Opportunity to grow oncology caseload.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Compensation: $78,000 - $100,000/year (commensurate with experience)

• Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
• Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
• Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
• In states where permitted: document in charts using accepted medical terminology and format.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
• Current State Physical Therapy licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
