Job Description

Responsible for assigning and tracking inspection progress
Track incoming and completed infractions in RAMT
Produce compliance monthly report for management
Track and update budget spreadsheet to remain within the annual budget guidelines
Maintain GO Mailbox by writing up orders that were sent by personnel and other utilities
Assign construction infractions to contractors and/or crew members
Refer drop infractions to Field Service department
Close infractions and corresponding cases upon completion
Sets up projects in Magnit. This will include setting up funds in the correct tasks as required for each project. In addition, the incumbent: issues engagement numbers to the contractor(s) for billing; receives approved invoices from contractor; releases funds as required and remains accountable for closing engagements in the application after all invoices are paid.
Closes out projects when all work is quality checked and invoicing is complete.

Provide phone support to Compliance Technicians, contractors, and crew members as needed.

Research and Meetings
* Attends all internal meetings and reviews all progress reports with management.

General Duties
* Provides support to department employees as needed in the forms of data input, clerical duties, and additional functions as may arise that are not otherwise outlined above.
* May be called upon to conduct additional research for various departmental projects.

Requirements:
Target Years of Exp: 5 or more years of experience preferred in related field (i.e., administrative, support, compliance, or project support)
Top 5 Must Haves:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and demonstrated knowledge of equipment related to platforms and/or projects
* Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
* Proficiency with RAMT, Magnit, ICOMS and GNIS MyWorld

Work from Home with occasionally coming to Office. will be notified when that is the case.
