THE HIGH LEVEL

The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of the FedRamp portfolio and projects for Iron Bow Technologies. This includes managing and overseeing day-to-day operations and achieving identified portfolio and project level goals and objectives. Manage and ensure the FedRamp programs deliver against the highest standards of service quality, performance, and established customer experience objectives. The Program Manager must have experience working within the constructs of the NIST/ FedRamp governance model, with a demonstrated history of successfully achieving FedRamp PMO certification/s on various projects and/or programs. Federal Government industry experience and effective complex IT system deployment and sustainment is desired. The Program Manager must understand the importance of IT as it relates to Federal Government customers and possess the desire and drive to achieve identified program initiatives within a very dynamic vertical. The Program Manager must be able to orchestrate the overall customer experience, while delivering to the program objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of financial, risk, deliverables, and resource management. This role must be able to present to C-level Executives and be able to demonstrate presentation skills during the interview process. This team member must be proficient in overall project coordination and task delegation, as well as have a demonstrated ability to focus on detail and ensure deliverables are quality controlled and of the highest caliber. Extensive writing skills and effective communication and critical skills for this role.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Guide, manage and ensure delivery of FedRamp certified solutions in accordance with established framework, governance, policy and procedures
  • Manage team resources, oversee service delivery and maintaining operational efficiency in accordance with established compliance and financial objectives
  • Collaborate closely with Stakeholders, to include the Account Management, engineering, and CTO/CSO teams, ISSO, CISSO, Cybersecurity SMEs, 3APO, subcontractors, finance, contracts, and customers to achieve portfolio as well as, organizational goals
  • Manage conflict and ensure processes and tasks are carried out effectively
  • Establish and maintain effective communication between stakeholders
  • Drive customer and employee experience to new levels
  • Conduct weekly internal team meetings with direct and indirect resources
  • Direct Iron Bow and subcontractor resources and manage portfolio to include planning/scheduling, risk management and mitigation processes, deliverables management, stakeholder communications, regular status reporting, documentation, etc.
  • Provide monthly forecasts and financial management, including forecasting monthly, profit/loss analysis, identifying potential budget overruns or underruns
  • Understand and apply the PM Methodology processes and procedures
  • Provide portfolio status reports, monitor, and track entire portfolio lifecycle, leverage Project reporting tools and be accountable for overall project success.
  • Assess customer business and technical objectives, determine deliverables, evaluate risk, and execute projects
  • Build documentation/presentations for meetings, monthly, and quarterly reviews
  • Conduct audits of PMO process
  • Additional duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • You've vast experience (8-10 years) managing programs/projects for IT implementations for commercial and Government customers in a technical setting, preferably FedRamp specific program experience
  • You've spent your career motivating and guiding your team to achieve service excellence
  • Adhering to regulations, performance obligations within contractual agreements, and meeting deadlines are just another day on the job for you
  • Your program financial literacy skills are impressive (budget, revenue/margin)
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Teams
  • You have the ability to work independently and in a matrixed team environment
  • You have vast experience navigating the NIST/ FedRamp certification process
  • Your attention to detail is impeccable
  • You can successfully manage complex customer issues to resolution
  • You possess strong executive presence, polish, communication skills and emotional intelligence. (C-level presentations are probable.)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • PMP Required
  • NIST CSF 2.0 Lead Implementation certification preferred
  • ITIL certs preferred

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • This position has a preference for candidates based in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and may require 10% travel.
