About the Role
Sikich is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to sell Salesforce professional consulting services within the company's Regulatory, Quality & Compliance division. The successful candidate will be responsible for building new customer relationships to drive new business and professional services engagement growth. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience selling consulting services in the Salesforce ecosystem around Insurance, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and/or Financial markets.
Essential Job Duties:
  • Perform as a revenue-generating employee in the role of Enterprise Account Executive, with a focus on winning new business, growing pipeline, and building trust and strong relationships with our customers to achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales quotas.
  • Originate leads, proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Work with Marketing and Business Development Representative to create effective customer awareness and outreach campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to maximize profitable sales while minimizing channel conflict.
  • Manage complex deals for professional services around Salesforce implementation, integrations and support.
  • Communicate needs to internal team, coordinate product demonstrations with pre-sales team.
  • Support networking with various channel partners/relationships.
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage business and forecast sales outcomes with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
  • BS/BA or 5+ years relevant experience
  • 5+ years proven track record hitting/exceeding sales quota targets
  • 5+ years selling complex solutions and managing Key Accounts
  • Experience selling Salesforce professional services in the Insurance, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and/or Financial markets.
  • Prior experience working in a consulting company environment is preferred.
  • Ability to travel 20% to 40%.
