Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an AF DCGS Manpower and Resource SME to support our Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program out of Langley AFB, VA. This position will be supporting the A3/2D- DCGS Operations.

The AF DCGS Manpower and Resource SME shall provide programmatic expertise associated with AF DCGS Strategy, Manpower, and Policy issues. Analyze, develop, and evaluate detailed plans, goals, and objectives to advise and assist ACC staff processes to support ACC as OT&E MAJCOM for the AF DCGS.

This subtask supports AF DCGS Global Force Management Allocation Plan (GFMAP) force offering and designed accessing of ARC personnel through MPA program management contributing to the total force capacity efforts.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

Specific support tasks are as follows:

    Provide functional expertise with the development and implementation of AF and ACC's vision, concepts, policies, and execution plans within AF DCGS and intelligence programs.
  • Author and review strategic plans, program defense narratives, and senior leader executive correspondence that supports operational and programmatic priorities for AF DCGS and intelligence programs.
  • Review, assess, and provide comment on draft ACC, Air Force, Joint, and DoD publications, doctrine, guidance, and policy documents relevant to AF DCGS and intelligence programs.
  • Shall advise on AF DCGS manpower alignment and allocation, identifying potential impacts on force readiness posture and mitigating solutions.
  • Conduct and participate in manpower-related studies, document and review manpower resource requirements, authorizations, and structures in support of AF DCGS and intelligence programs.
  • Review program change requests and manpower survey reports for impact on AF DCGS operational capacity.
  • Review, edit, coordinate, and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to maintain current and accurate GFMAP inputs and requirements.
  • Provide experience and skill in exercising MPA Man-Day Program in support of AF DCGS enterprise tasks and assist in developing and articulating tasks and efficiently leveraging ARC manpower to execute operational mission sets.
  • Identify, evaluate, validate, and integrate tasks for ISR/PED capacity in support of Air Components and Combatant Commanders.
  • Participate in Working Groups related to future planning, future operating concepts, strategic plans and integration involving AF DCGS.
  • Assist in developing integration strategies in conjunction with ISR components and acquisition agents to mitigate risks posed to operational ISR system components and assigned missions.
  • Support international engagements with partner nations related to AF DCGS and intelligence programs.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) required.
  • A Subject Matter Expert is an individual whose qualifications and/or particular expertise are exceptional and/or highly unique. Typically identified as recognized Industry leaders for a given area of expertise. Subject Matter Experts typically perform the following kinds of functions: Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs; Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff; Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues; Consults with client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Job may require the employee to be:

  • In a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Able to ascend/descend stairs as required.
  • Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs as needed.
  • Availability to travel CONUS/OCONUS if required.
