MUST:
The Bookkeeper must have experience:
Ability to work in-person (no remote work)
Degree in related field
Medical practice experience a plus
Net suite knowledge is preferred
Excellent communication and relationship skills
A multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and address multiple aspects of medical practice accounting
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to providing support to our practice and patients
DUTIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accounts payable and accounts receivable, data entry and record keeping, assistance with patient account management
Follow established accounting and reporting practices
Handle accounts payable, receivable, and cash management issues
Support organizational cash flow and forecasting
Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices
Effectively communicate and present any critical financial matters to the Practice Manager
