Business Development Manager

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead Exiger's team of Commercial BDRs in generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for developing and mentoring a high-performing team.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team to help identify, qualify, develop and close new business with an emphasis on corporations
  • Develop targeted campaigns, qualify leads and set new sales appointments within identified prospects
  • Collaborate with Exiger's Marketing team on marketing efforts and campaign execution, including conferences, webinars and knowledge-share events
  • Work closely with sales operations to enhance processes, tools, and systems to ensure streamlined lead management and reporting efficiency
  • Identify and analyze underlying client's business and sales issues to match the appropriate solution/technology to the clients' requirements
  • Maintain records of sales visits, appointments, contacts, and sales campaigns in the global CRM across the BDR team
  • Meet sales revenue objectives

What You Need:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with additional experience in sales management
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Knowledge of the processes and daily workflow of corporate compliance focused professionals
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, lead generation strategies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and tools of 6Sense and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to drive new business opportunities within new prospects, as well as ability to increase revenue from existing clients
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple activities ensuring revenue goals are achieved
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
