Job Description :
As an Enterprise Program Director, this position reports to the EPMO and oversees the development and successful implementation of multiple programs within the organization. This position is responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and overseeing an organization's programs, including program's strategy and execution. This role provides expert oversight, support, and governance to an organization's projects and programs, including the development of program/project management best practices, training of project teams, monitoring of dependencies across interconnected projects and programs, consolidated reporting of project status and finances to leadership, and, in certain contexts, acting as a central governing body to review and audit adherence to methodologies, budgets, and timelines. The Program Director may also manage staffing for the organization's major projects/programs.
